Orders ship within 48-72 hours after order is placed and received payment is received Monday thru Friday. If your order is placed after 3 Pm EST it will be processed the next business work day.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If the shipping container is damaged, opening the carton immediately and inspect the contents for any damages. If there are damaged to the shipments should be reported to the Carrier and First Aid Supplies Plus

Please Do Not return any merchandise to us until a return authorization number has been issued to you.

RETURNS

Returned merchandise will not be accepted for credit or exchange unless accompanied by a (RA) Return Authorization number from First Aid Supplies Plus

Please call or email to request all necessary information. A 15 % restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders. We do not assume responsibility for freight costs or items that are lost or damaged during transit being returned to us.

SHORTAGES

If you find a shortage in shipped merchandise please notify us within 72 hours of receipt via phone or email.
