DAMAGED ORDERS
If the shipping container is damaged, open the carton immediately and inspect the contents for any damages. If there are damages to the shipments should be reported to the Carrier.

Please Do Not return any merchandise to us until a return authorization number has been issued to you.

RETURNS
Returned merchandise will not be accepted for credit or exchange unless accompanied by an (RA) Return Authorization number from First Aid Supplies Plus.
